You will need

• Thick paper or cardboard: this will be your lapbook

• A pencil or pen

• Crayons

• Watercolors

• Scissors

• Some brass fasteners (see photo below)

• Paper clips

• A printer 

The very first step is to fold your lapbook: Fold both sides towards the center (as you see on the photo) to create the basic lapbook shape that can be opened and closed.
